职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Provide second level technical support to CBRE staff throughout China ensuring a record of all work is logged in the IT service management system.
2. Uphold service delivery KPIs and respond to escalations.
3. Build and deploy Microsoft Windows desktop/notebook/tablet computers.
4. Deploy and maintain IT assets such as multifunction printers, monitors, docking stations and audio visual equipment.
5. Install and troubleshoot software including Microsoft, Adobe and McAfee product suites and in house applications.
6. Uphold computer security by maintaining antivirus, encryption, software patches and updates.
7. Support mobile devices such as Apple iPad/iPhone and Android phones and tablets.
8. Maintain user accounts across appropriate systems.
9. Perform basic administration of Cisco VoIP phones and voicemail.
10. Assist with broader project tasks such as infrastructure upgrades, workplace alterations and so on.
Requirements:
1. Relevant technical education in addition to possessing similar experience in a large corporate or enterprise environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. P?roficient in diagnostic and problem solving and work well in a team environment
