岗位职责：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Cash receipt and payment 现金接收和支付
2. Cash counting sheet daily 每日现金流量表
3. Bank receipt (must use E-bank)
4. Bank payment (daily for COD 使用E-BANK进行收支
5. Reimbursement (monthly) 每月报销事宜
6. Scan the VAT purchase invoice for deduction (daily) 进项税发票认证
7. Invoice issue & filing 发票归档
8. VAT invoice cancel 增值税发票作废事宜
9. documents preparation for 'VAT invoice lost certificate for customer' 为客户准备增票遗失证明文件
10. Deliver “退税联“ as per the approval of AR accountant
11. Deliver “ 提单“ as per the approval of AR accountant
12. Deliver “发票“ as per the approval of AR accountant 在应收账户收到汇款后对于发票，提单，退税联的登记和寄发

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Work Experience:
1年以上企业出纳工作经验
2. MS office Skills:
电脑操作熟练，熟悉办公自动化软件和财务软件操作。有良好的沟通和协调能力；
3: Educational Qualification
物流、货代或财务相关专业大专以上学历,有财务资格证书（上岗证）优先。
4. Industrial / Product Knowledge
了解国际货运代理基本操作流程和财务流程；有货代企业工作经历优先。
5. Languages:
普通话，简单英文。
6. Trait (e.g. decisive, flexible etc)
责任心强，性格稳重，工作认真仔细，为人正直、敢于坚持原则；具有良好的团队协作精神和服务意识。
7. Others 有外企工作经历优先
