The Group operates in four divisions: Car Powertrain Technology, Car Chassis Technology, Commercial Vehicle Technology, and Industrial Technology.

ZF Wind Power is going to have a new plant in China.

Position Requirements

-To lead all customer related interfaces and bring the ZF WP products and service to the customer.
-As advocate of the customer within the company, to drive the initiatives to meet the customer’s requirements.
-To build a strong relationship with your customer and contribute to the sustainable growth of ZF WP.
-To take ownership for the key account plan covering strategy for each account as well as requirements and needs of the customer to have optimal customer satisfaction.
-To drive for delivery of products and services up to customer demand in terms of cost, time of delivery, reliability and quality.
-As part of the Global Sales team, to work closely together with colleagues from Product Management and New Product Development, Operations and Quality.
-Hire, train, and assess/evaluate active and potential employees to establish a highly skilled and motivated sales staff.
-Establish and maintain favorable relationships with key customers and provide training, coaching, sales aids and support as needed.
-Work with management team to set annual sales and marketing objectives, actions plans.
-Lead the sales team to execute the plan, work out correction actions and deliver annual objectives on sales revenue growth, on time payment, on time shipment, customer complaints, new business and market development.
-Understand local and international competition landscape in terms of strategy, products, pricing and major movements.

Requirements:

-Customer oriented with at least 5 to 8 years sales management experience and with successful track record
-Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience working in wind industry (power generation equipment), with good knowledge of Wind market in China and have built a strong network
-Technical background and understanding, including experience in prototype project
-Good English communication skills
