POSITION OVERVIEW
Be responsible for product quality control. Guidance, supervision and assessment of the inspectors’ daily work, Analyze, summarize the quality data of incoming & process inspection, co-operate with relevant departments to drive continuous improvement. Attend quality analysis & improvement meeting, track and verify the actual production situation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Organize quality inspector to do basic skills, inspection methods and relevant work documents training.
2.Guidance, supervision and assessment of the inspectors’ daily work, ensure proper operation.
3.Adjust the inspectors’ daily work according to production needs.
4.Communicate with relevant departments to solve the quality dispute.
5.Attend quality analysis & improvement meeting, downward promote improvement measures, track and verify the actual production situation.
6.Implement layered Process Audit inspection as supervisor level.
7.Be responsible for inspection & registration of customer returned products and feedback to the quality engineer.
8.Timely analyze, summarize the quality data of incoming & process inspection, co-operate with relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
9.Quality data entry and statistics, statistical calculation of quality cost.
10.Other matters assigned by the superiors.

QUALIFICATION
College or above.
Three years’ incoming, injection molding, painting, assembly QC Supervisor working experience.
Familiar with quality management methods of automotive supply chain. ISO/TS 16949 system standard.
Able to use the common statistical analysis tools skillfully.
Management experience and good communication skills.

4.与相关部门进行沟通，解决质量争议。
5.参加质量分析&改进会议，向下宣导采取的改进措施，跟踪并验证实际生产情况。
6.执行分层审核主管级别的检查工作。
7.负责对客户退货的产品进行检验登记并反馈给质量工程师。
8.及时分析，总结来料及过程检验数据，与有关部门合作，推动持续提高。
9.质量数据录入及统计，质量成本统计计算.
10.完成上级领导交付的其他工作。

岗位基本要求
大专及以上文化程度
三年以上来料、注塑、喷涂，组装件QC 主管工作经验。
熟悉汽车供应链质量管理方法、ISO/TS 16949体系标准。
能熟练运用常用统计分析工具。
管理经验及好的沟通能力。
