职位描述

Main purpose of the Job:

Development and implementation of a local HR Strategy considering Group requirements to ensure:

Active Contribution to further develop the company´s organization regarding functions and employees including relevant change processes.
The Company has the optimum human resources to meet its short and long-term aims and objectives (qualitative and quantitative).
All employees have the skills and knowledge to ensure short and long-term company objectives can be met.
Ensure the motivation and well-being of all employees through HR policies and communication.
Efficient management of personnel costs budget.
Supervises HR specialist


Key responsibilities:

The HR Manager will take a pro-active approach to execute the tasks and objectives listed below and will advise and support the management team in strategic and operational HR matters.

? Recruitment: CV first screening / Recruit agency contact / Induction program
? Employee relations: Employee counseling / career advice / mediate in conflict resolution
? Training: Training plan /Training coordination / Self training coordination / Career development
? Remuneration structure: monitors and adjusts Job Group structure and ensures that new positions are classified in the appropriate group.
? Compensation: Monitors compensation levels for like-companies and prepares proposals for adjustments, matches salary levels of new employees within BJ system.
? Coordination of MBO: Coordinates and monitors objective setting, semi-annual evaluation, and compensation adjustments in April rounds.
? Company regulations: Updating of company regulations / Employee benefits
? Daily operation: Notice board & Employee announcement / Compliance & Security / Labour safety standards / health checks / implements governmental mandated rules / responsible for disaster prevention and necessary emergency equipment.
? Payroll: ensure proper payroll administration and social security compliance
? Employee files: database management / Work record administrations
? Coordinates recruitment and contracts for temporary and part time staff
? Administration: The general office administrative work
? Other work that assigned by F&O Director.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
Over 5 year experience in International companies at a management level in HR department required.
Chinese & English presentation skill (oral)
Experience in training and personal development programs for employees
Open minded, good listener, motivating personality
Strong understanding of sensitivities and confidentiality.Hands on worker executing both managerial and some routine tasks
Creative judgment , excellent visual sense & creativity
Positive with can do attitude
Team player but can work autonomously.
Highly organized, good time management.
