该职位需12小时或8小时翻班，需2年以上调度经验。精通粤语者优先。
工作地点：浦东金桥

Principal responsibilities
1 Build the skill set and knowledge base of schedulers through continuous improvement training and analysis on specific issues;
2 Work closely with scheduler supervisor to analysis the monthly KPI and get the improvement since from next month.
3 Plan and coordinate scheduling and dispatch activities for each depot in an assigned region to ensure customer demand requirements are met including on time delivery & product quality.
4 Understand the logistics of inventory and production levels within the scheduling area of responsibility,
5 Meet Key Performance Indicators for safety, customer service and cost by working with Sales, Transportation Management, Logistics and Planner colleagues to efficiently balance demand with driver and equipment resources.
6 Utilize Distribution systems of GOLD, MIDIS and Tel-tank to effectively analyze customer forecast to avoid service interruptions while minimizing cost.
7 Partner with Area Transportation Management to effectively manage Drivers, with specific regard to scheduling and dispatching.
8 Maintain and update all GOLD customer data, which influences forecast accuracy. Maintain Tel-tank instructions for after-hours coverage and alarms for low level, offset and usage rate.


Required Qualifications/experience
Degree in logistics or related areas.
Good at English, able to write and read English.
At least two (2) years experience in scheduler roles in transportation related industry is preferred.
