Retail Banking and Wealth Management

We are currently seeking an experienced professional role to join this team.

In this role, you will:

- Provide service via phone for existing customers. Makes, receives customer calls and resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner. Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.

- Provide service through phone interactions with customers, focusing on WEM investment product call back with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create customer loyalty;

- Defuse irate customers and resolve challenging inquiries utilizing negotiation skills while following guidelines in an effort to satisfy the customer when conduct customer call back survey;

- Required to maintain an effective working relationship of the Bank to ensure that call back survey supports the delivery of business objectives.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above.(recognized by the state)

- Good command of English and Mandarin,Cantonese will be a plus.

- At least one year related experience. Working experience in calling agent service industries preferred.

- Good listeners,strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong teamwork working spirit, improve internal/external customer sales quality proactively.
