Marketing (MKT)

HSBC Marketing exists to drive top-line revenue growth for our Global Businesses by leveraging clearly identified marketplace opportunities, brand strength, customer insights and creative passion to yield sustainable long-term growth for the budgets and resources deployed.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Conduct both the customers and competitors analysis to identify insights and recommendations for sustained business growth

-Under line managers guidance, formulate marketing plans for mass affluent segments to expand market share and maximize profitability for the business

-Oversee programme development to ensure effective programme mechanics which delivers business targets.

-Maintain high standard of marketing and communications, contribute to the Brand Development and Customer Recommendation Index (CRI) and ensure all activities adhere to the established marketing process and guidelines

-Responsible for the management of marketing budget and ensure effective deployment to enhance return on investment and in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-A university degree and above in marketing, communication or pulic relations related discipline

-Over 5 years of progressive marketing experience in financial institutions and / or consumer goods companies.

-Sound capability and experience in advertising, digital and social marketing , PR, event marketing and other below-the-line marketing.

-An innovative, result driven individual contributor who can inspire and gain support and commitment from team members and internal & external stakeholders to achieve business/founction goals.

-Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

-Sound skill in written and spoken English
