Job Summary:
This role is t- Develop and Execute Integrated vertical Marketing Plans and solutions for Great China including but not limited t- Retail, transportation logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain, healthcare. This job scope should include strategies, tactics and goals for reaching and interacting with key audiences – key accounts, end user, influencers, solution developers and strategic partners – t- drive HSM Development Environment (DE) regional definition, education, and promoting the total solution t- strengthen brand awareness, value differentiators t- support the STRAP and AOP. Being a thought leader and value creator by collaborating with other functional stakeholders such as Sales, Product Marketing, technical function teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
- HSM vertical market focus areas are: Retail, transportation logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain, healthcare. This role is als- responsible t- identify the new opportunity verticals and segments with current HSM solution and/or create appropriate vertical solutions.
- Develop an annual Great China integrated marketing plan with both high-level goals and objectives and tactical-level campaigns, programs and events for each target vertical and strategic account as well as the Tier-1 products, Next-generation Solutions, Services, and als- other suite of portfoli- for cross-sell efforts
- Align regional initiatives with global direction and drive the implementation of global and regional vertical and solutions marketing plans in the field across the region
- Develop and execute regional DE identification, definition, education t- drive the DE focus and excellence and develop key messaging t- target audiences
- Marketing of HSM vertical solutions including development and execution of tactics aligned with g- t- market strategies.
- Marketing of software and service offerings including development and execution of tactics aligned with g- t- market strategies.
- Work closely with product management and technical function t- discuss new product introduction plans. Help drive our focus expansion areas of vertical solutions, software and services.
- Support, guide and enable the field teams t- build up thought leadership and generate demand in the vertical markets
- Work with other functional team for solution campaign development with a vertical market focus (e.g sled payment in retail).
- Monthly communications with key stakeholders t- update key milestone and status.
- ROI responsibility on the integrated vertical solution plan and execution
- Maintain the Regional guidance and strategy, for example,
Some products/solutions may not be applicable t- some countries/verticals
Some products/solutions may use differing channels in some countries.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of GREAT CHINA markets and regions and proven ability t- apply knowledge t- strategic planning of marketing programs through t- execution
- Strong track record in regional marketing management and people management; Sales/account management experience a plus
- Broad and applied industry knowledge developed in IT&T; Solutions or Services or Software or Technical marketing experience a plus
- Proven experience in directing solution and vertical segment based marketing campaigns, supporting building sales pipeline with ROI-based marketing campaigns, leading target account marketing and industry/trade association relationship marketing
- Strong ability in marketing planning and broad experience across the different marketing disciplines from integrated marketing and communications t- customer relationship marketing.
- Highly effective communicator adept in implementing complex marketing strategy on both a local and GREAT CHINA level
- Experienced leadership capability displaying competencies in cross functional behaviour on a pan GREAT CHINA basis
- Highly energetic with a strong appreciation of marketing relationships with sales groups and other stakeholders
- Ability t- build peer relationships with the GREAT CHINA field/country marketing leads, GREAT CHINA regional marketing functional leads and global marketing counterparts and leverage the virtual teams and resources
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, structured thinker, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Candidate is preferred t- be based in China. Bilingual (English and Chinese) capability a necessary
