Enterprise Business Solution (EBS)
Key Responsibilities:
1.To be the key driver and owner for developing and sustaining business opportunities and relationships with industry clients and prospects to meet both near-term and long-term financial & customer growth and KPI goals
2.To lead, plan and manage client engagement from lead generation, pre-sales, tendering & proposal through to contract negotiation and closure according to the defined best practices and guidelines of JOS, and function as Bid Manager for the tender process
3.To develop, coach and manage the assigned account sales professionals to achieve the financial, operational and productivity KPIs
4.To collaborate with Solutions & Professional Services (SPS) in developing industry-based solutions and pre-sales materials and collaterals
5.To collaborate and synergize with Marketing in market awareness, positioning, program development, brand development, and demand generation for the industry-based solutions and services
6.To manage and ensure full compliance on defined financial and operational policies and industry best practices
7.To participate in industry and vendor forums and events to promote JOS capability and solutions & services awareness
Education and Experience Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Business Management and/or Computer Science, or related subject
2.Minimum 8 years of ICT industry and/or business consulting industry experience with professional & consultative selling experience preferred
3.Working experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, Hospitality and/or MUD property development industries for MNCs and private sector in China definitely an asset
4.Able to act as a trusted advisor in understanding and addressing client's business issues and priorities, and delivering customer value
5.Able to skillfully and tactfully plan and manage contract negotiation process with a balanced “win-win” outcome
6.Awareness in Technical Architecture/Solutioning, Linux, Windows & Mobile OS, Application Software, Databases, and Business Intelligence, etc. an asset
7.Strong client consultation, opportunity management, relationship management, issue management, problem solving, communications & presentation, people management and service oriented skills required
8.Able to plan, execute and apply business best practices and programs on demand forecasting, sales & marketing, product lifecycle management, customer acquisition, costing & pricing, contract negotiation & management etc.
9.Knowledge in business consulting, business process management, project management, quality management, risk management, client service management practice and experience desirable
10.Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese (Mandarin and with Cantonese preferred)
