Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage and develop the teams of Business Development and Solutions & Professional Services to achieve the financial, operational and growth objectives for the retail, shopping mall, hospitality and MUD industry sectors with support from the regional Center of Excellence (COE)
2. To develop strong market awareness, customer relationships, and continuously manage customer satisfaction and follow through on opportunities to maximize on long-term business values for all stakeholders
3. To understand the local market and clients, lead and manage the customer engagement opportunities to meet defined EBS KPIs, client and project performance expectations
4. To leverage strategic partners, and continuously develop and manage the partnering relationships, as well as proficient understanding and competencies of their solutions and offerings
5. To lead and guide the client engagement process from opportunity identification, pre-sales, solutioning through to tender/proposal and contract negotiation
6. To manage and achieve the performance of EBS financial targets through profitable costing and pricing, and efficient utilization of resource in quality focused project and service delivery
7. To execute and support marketing programs for brand development, market awareness, market positioning and market demand generation

Education and Experience Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Business Management and/or Computer Science, or related subject; advanced training in business management desirable
2.Certifications on project management (PMP), quality management (ISO), service management (ITIL) and/or technology vendors’ programs an asset
3.Minimum 12 years of ICT industry and/or business consulting industry experience required
4.Solid management experience in business, financial, operations, people and customer management
5.Working experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, Hospitality and/or MUD property development industries for MNCs and private sector in China an asset
6.Business / financial / operations planning, business consulting, business process management, project management, quality management, risk management, and/or costing & pricing practice and experience preferred
7.Exposure in Technical Architecture/Solutioning, Linux, Windows & Mobile OS, Application Software, Databases, and Business Intelligence, etc. an asset
8.Able to lead, plan, execute and apply business best practices and programs on product & service development, sales & marketing, product lifecycle management, customer acquisition, contract negotiation & management, and demand forecasting etc.
9.Strong client consultation, opportunity management, relationship management, issue management, problem solving, communications & presentation, people management, staff development, 3rd party vendor relationship and management, and service oriented skills required
10.Able to manage various key stakeholders, both internal and external, and deliver results under limited supervision
11.Fluency in written and oral English and Chinese (Mandarin and with Cantonese preferred)
