工作职责：
？冲压设备的日常操作及保养
？按照生产作业指导书，图纸和程序文件进行作业
？服从车间工作安排，并严格执行车间的各项规定
？严格执行生产安全预防措施，遵守安全规则
？保质保量的交付合格产品
？保持工作区域的环境整洁及有序
？完成上级交付的其他相关工作

工作要求：
？中专及以上学历，机械设计与制造，自动化等相关工程专业
？3年以上冲压模具制造或机械加工相关经验
？熟悉冲压模具加工工艺
？能阅读机械加工图纸
？熟悉机械加工工艺
？熟悉各种机加工刀具的使用和参数的设定
？熟悉各种测量工具的正确使用
？基本电脑操作

能力要求：
？具备高度的责任心、敬业精神和安全意识
？良好的执行力，沟通能力和团队合作精神
？可独立完成工作，主动性强
？能适应8小时翻班工作制
？吃苦耐劳，愿意长期稳定工作者优先考虑
