The Role:
Summary of Position: Reporting to the Trading and Operations Department Manager, the position is primarily responsible for analyzing the business unit performances and support business in reaching its objectives by data analysis, clarification and suggesting actions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary accountabilities include:
- Provide analysis with monthly comments: identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements
-Responsible for identifying areas where changes are needed in business plans and then monitoring the impact of such changes in increasing profit of the firm. Making sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.
- Manage gap analysis (actual vs. forecast / budget and last year) : pro actively assist the business unit to achieve their financials targets
- Coordinate Budget and Quarterly forecasts process, assist on yearly sales objective and Budget presentation
- Follow-up financial flows in collaboration with Treasury department
- Financial result analysis
- Provide genuine commercial direction to the manager of a fast growing market. As well as ultimate responsibility for the financial accounts preparation, you will provide regular relevant analysis and make course changing business decisions.
- Provide strategic input to senior management and apply appropriate financial analysis to help shape and drive performance and growth Implement and maintain sound and effective system for financial control;
-Acting as an interface between operations, sales, sites and support teams.
Key Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
Education & Experience Requirements:
University degree in Finance/ Master in Business School
More than 5 years Finance/commercial division working experience in a foreign company,
Excellent computer skills with Office Software
Good English language skills (both oral and written)
Rigorous / Reliable
Analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Proactive working attitudes
Able to work under pressure
