Requirements/任职要求:

l College degree or the above in Engineering or related specialty工程及相关专业大专以上学历

l Familiar with quality control process熟悉质量管理流程

l Professional in fasteners or metal tools production process熟悉紧固件或工具类产品的生产流程

l A minimum of 5 years related working experience in fasteners or metal tools production具有至少5年以上在紧固件或工具类产品的生产或检验的工作经验。

l Can read Chinese and English technical drawings and related specifications and standards能阅读中英文机械图纸或产品规范。

l Familiar with common“quality tool ”了解常用的“质量工具 ”。

l Be professional in using measurement tools and equipment熟练使用检测测量工具及设备

l Can travel on business trip to supplier or customer sites能适应至供应商或客户处出差

l Good at written and oral English优秀的英语书面语及口语

l Good communication and cooperation skills, active working attitude

良好的沟通和合作技巧，积极的工作态度

Functional area/职责:

l Representative of quality department for communication with suppliers quality issues.

代表质量部门与供应商在技术的角度沟通解决质量问题。

l Audit and evaluate suppliers quality and submit the audit report s according to: 1. Customers quality complain, 2. IQC quality evaluation, 3. New suppliers approval, 4. Suppliers annual audit

在以下情况下审核和评价供应商按时提交审核报告：

1.发生客户投诉，2.进料检验统计不良，3. 新供应商开发， 4. 供应商年度审核

l Work with suppliers for non conformance handling and root cause analysis , corrective & preventive plan and follow up（8D）.

帮助供应商处理不符合项及失败原因分析, 整改计划、预防计划及跟踪(应用8D)。

l Coordinate the related departments to solve the quality problem, if necessary, go on business trip to supplier side协调相关部门解决质量问题，如有必要，需出差至供应商处解决

l Provide supplier quality training 给予供应商质量培训
