工作内容
1协助销售部经理制订本部门销售计划的收集和分析销售数据信息，及销售报告的准备工作，为公司决策提供参考意见
Assist the head of sales department in making sales plan and budge, analyzing sales data as well as the preparation of sales report in order to provide the reference information for the decision making by top management.
2 负责销售部门的报价制作、文件、档案管理，客户所需要的资料数据的完成，市场各种材料价格等信息记录、保存。
To be in charge of quotation preparation, documents administration, the completion of the data required by customer as well as price information of raw materials.
3 负责协调销售员定期收集市场信息. 负责整理销售人员提供的市场资料。
Responsible for the collection of market information provided by sales people.
4 负责协助和支持销售人员的项目开发。负责帮助协调报价阶段的客户及德国总部的联络事宜。
Responsible for supporting the project development conducted by the sales and the communication during quoting period with customers and our head office.
5 负责SupplyOn的日常运行，报价及其它数据的上传等工作。
To be in charge of managing SupplyOn system, downloading data,
submitting quotations and other data required by customers.
6 搜集管理全部的新询价，分发给个相关部门及人员。创建询价项目的跟进
追踪表。
Colleting all new RFQs, distribute it to the related persons & departments, set up and follow up RFQ tracking list.
7为销售部门的业务出差进行准备工作。
Prepare customer visits and business trips for sales department.
8 负责公司介绍 (PPT) 的更新及管理工作。
In charge of company PPT and also administration work.
职位要求
1. Be initiative and strong sense of responsibility.
2. At least 3 year sales assistance and support experience.
3. Be good at English language both in oral and written.
4. Good interpersonal communication skill required.

2．至少有3年以上的销售支持工作经验。
3．具有较好的口头及书面英语能力。
4．需要良好的与人进行沟通的技巧。
