职位描述
工作描述：
1、 根据法务部与商账公司的要求统一向集团公司的下属子公司收集并整理案件资料，设立电子档案，及时向法务部与商账公司提供案件资料。
2、 制定监察表单，定期抽查法务部及商账公司催收案件的进展情况，监控法务部的日常工作。
3、 定期汇集整理法务专员与商账公司提交的催收报告，形成完整的催收进展报告并向各工厂及商务部门定期提交。
4、 从多节点、多角度收集与法务部与商账公司相关的数据，并对之加以分析整理，编写专业的数据分析报告，为管理层提供决策依据。
5、 定期汇总并启动法务部与商账公司的费用结算程序，跟进费用发放进度。
6、 针对已结案的案件，收集案卷材料，整理装订案卷，建立卷宗档案。
7、 处理各集团子公司及商账公司与法务部之间的日常沟通事宜。
8、 完成集团按排的其它工作任务。
任职要求：
1、 本科（含）以上学历，30岁以下，法律或者财务专业优先；
2、 三年以上工作经验，有法律或者财务工作背景的优先；
3、 能熟练操作办公软件制作数据分析报告；
4、 有较强的沟通能力与团队合作意识，能承受工作压力。
