Job Description:
1. Order processing in SAP SAP
--Finding out the delivery times from the company’s production；
--Confirming information to customers；
--Following the orders through the production；
--Arranging the delivery of the goods together with the company’s logistic department.
2. Clerical work to assists import & export department.
3. General office routines as a receptionist
--Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments;
--Organizing, maintaining and translating paper and electronic files;
--Handling travel and guest arrangements for the company



Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 2 years of experience working as Admin or Assistant
3. Native speaker of Chinese, with fluent written and spoken English
4. Hard-working, strong sense of responsibility and proactive
5. Experience in Textile or paper industry is preferred
