Archibat Asia正在为一家国际知名建筑师事务所寻找一名资深市场开拓经理, 该公司是最大和最多元化的建筑设计公司之一，在国际上具有相当的影响力，设计的建筑类型多种多样，包括商业建筑、住宅建筑以及公共建筑等。

工作地点: 深圳

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Architecture, Urban Planning or related discipline with exposure to Marketing)
本科以上学历（建筑、城市规划或市场销售相关职业）

2. Has more than 7years work experience, a minimum of 4-5+ years of work experience in project management, business development of architecture;
有七年以上工作经验，在建筑行业里从事项目管理、项目扩展至少有4-5年工作经验;

4. Interest in business development and project management. Ability to maintain and develop relations with our Clients and Consultants
对项目扩展和项目管理具有浓厚的兴趣， 具有优秀的能力维系公司于甲方和其他专业顾问的各种合作关系。

5. Ability to develop and negotiate business with potential client. Good real-estate developing companies networking recourse is required.
具有能力与发展潜在客户与谈判，有很好的房地产关系网资源。

6.Very organized, The ability to multitask, work with, and understand a complex ecosystem of organizations and functions，with good project management skills
工作有条理，有能力在多任务情况下有条不紊工作，并了解如何组织复杂状况，具有优秀的管理能力

7. Outgoing, pleasant personality, with a deep desire to learn and grow. An interest in art, architecture, engineering, or the construction environment is a plus.
外向，性格开朗，有学习和成长积极态度；对艺术、建筑、工程领域有兴趣的优先考虑。
