The Role:
As the HRIS Integration and Development Analyst, you will be a key driver of innovation within our HR team. You will work with the Workday Program Manager and HR functional leaders to identify solution alternatives to meet business problems. You will then own the configuration of business processes, integrations, and reports that deliver a holistic solution. This role will coordinate testing of new solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to the Workday Operations team to ensure a smooth user experience. This role is based in Shenzhen, reporting to the Head of HR – Asia and the Head of Total Rewards.

Responsibilities:
·Understand HR business processes and translate those into Workday HCM solutions
·Understand the Workday Integration architecture and various integration alternatives
·Implement new Workday features, from process configuration to testing to Production migration
·Create advanced reports and dashboards using Workday Studio/BIRT
·Respond to open issues related to integrations and new features
·Share knowledge with the broader Workday Operations team to facilitate more effective system and user support

Requirements:
·A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
·Technically savvy; Workday or other ERP experience a plus
·Working knowledge of EDI, Wed Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
·Highly organized but adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
·Process oriented, and experience with process improvement initiatives (LEAN a plus)
·Strong communication skills, including excellent written English
