Recruitment & Employment Administration 招聘
1. Assist all walk-in applicants
协助所有应聘者
2. Coordinate and set appointment for potential candidates
协调和预约面试
3. Fill in all application forms accordingly to the status of interview
按照面试程序,填写申请表格。
4. Follow up of new recruit administration procedures before/ upon commencement.
在入职前或入职时,跟进招聘事宜。
5. Maintain a Log Book on new hire and separation statistic
保存新入职/离职的相关数据。
6. Update master list on associate personnel information with regard to commencement and separation on a daily basiss
即时更新相关与员工入职或离职的个人信息。
7. Prepare requisition and issuance of nametag, associate ID Card and associate locker, maintaining all relevant record promptly, efficiently and systematically.
准备申请或提供名牌,员工证和员工更衣柜,并保存相关记录。
8. Maintain the accuracy of the application flow and filling of all application form.
保持准确的后备人员资料并填写所有的申请表格。
9. Send TBNT letters to unsuccessful candidates on a timely manner.
即时向未能被录取的应聘者发出感谢应聘的信。
Benefit & Welfare Administration 福利
- Assist with associate benefits scheme and programmes systematically on a timely basis 协助员工福利规划和活动等。
- Maintain an accurate tracking system for significant dates (birthdays, awards, long service awards, etc)
保存准确有关于员工特殊日子的信息。如: 生日、奖励、 长期服务奖。
- Assist the Personnel Services Manager and Human Resources Officer to co-ordinate and administer associate general welfare and recreational activities i.e. Associate appreciation week, outing, monthly birthday party, annual associate party, etc.
协助人事服务经理、人力资源主任进行各项员工福利的计划和安排。例如:员工答谢周、外出旅行、每周生日会、年度员工晚会等。
- Record and allocation locker to all associates
记录分配员工更衣柜。
Office Administration 办公室
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
对部门整体的有效运作做出贡献。
- Facilitate the daily activities e.g. purchase requisitions, photocopying, etc in the Human Resources Office
日常办公。包括:采购、复印等。
- Maintain Human Resources Department supplies inventory and forms used.
保持人力资源各项用品的清点和表格的运用。
- Upkeep of office cleanliness
保持办公室的干净整洁。
- Maintain accurate and confidential record keeping.
负责准确/保密信息的记录。
- Prepare standard memorandum, fax and outgoing correspondences as instructed by Personnel Services Manager
在人事服务经理的指导下,准备通知、传真件和对外的书信。
- Record and distribute all in coming and out going correspondence
记录和分发出入的各种信件。
- Maintain, update and ensure all associate matters are handled with strict confidentiality.
保存、更新和跟进所有员工之事宜并对此保密。
- Exercise creativity on the performance of the daily job
在日常工作中,体现创意。
- Increase productivity on the outcome of the job assigned

- Be a team player with all HR associates to ensure internal customer satisfaction without compromising standard and bottom-line.

- Provide one-shop stop service to all HR enquiries.

- Perform any other duties assigned by Personnel Services Manager, Training Manager and Director of Human Resources

JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求 :
Profile of Competency 工作能力: | · HR Assistant – Minimum 2 years of experience in secretary / administrative support role 具有2年文员、秘书管理助理相关的经验。 · Good knowledge in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access preferred but not necessary 熟悉Words, Excel, PowerPoint等电脑系统和程序。 · Attention to details 有对细节的观察力。 · Ability to compile reports as required using HRMIS 在人力资源信息管理系统内完成各种报告。 · Ability to work as a team to achieve common goal 有团队精神,并完成统一目标。 · Have service mentality 有服务意愿。 |
