Job description:
·Achieving and booking revenue and profit targets
·Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms and other influences in the Industrial engineering sector
·Constructing and executing a multiyear business plan by building a strong value proposition
·Identifying emerging trends and participating in Greenfield opportunities in the Engineering services, PLM and manufacturing IT products and services sectors
·Creating & driving unique compelling services addressing business solutions
·Developing and aggressive hunting strategy around critical accounts
·Interfacing & communicating effectively with CXOs
·Ability to work with the delivery team to bring synergy with the customer needs and enable quality deliverables
·Close large deals with multiyear contracts.
·Identify such opportunities and provide inputs to the marketing and practice teams to offer solutions.
·Leverage global engineering, off-shoring and outsourcing
Candidate's profile:
·University graduate in engineering preferably with an MBA from a top tier business school, with 10-15 years of professional experience of which 5to 6 years have been in the Engineering services, PLM and Manufacturing IT products and solutions industry. You have exposure to a sales driven environment with a proven track record of meeting sales goals as well as an in depth knowledge of turnkey solutions within the industry. You will ideally have developed and maintained excellent client & partner relationships with the product OEMs and industrial clients. You should have experience in preparing budgets and fiscal management. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
