5) Strong Knowledge on ERP, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, ISO Quality System, IPC Standard
6) Strong Knowledge on .NET and Java Programming, Oracle Database
7) Strong Experiences in Equipment Integration and System Integration
8) Strong Leadership and Inter-personal Communication Skill
9) Well Presentation and Reporting Skills
10) Well Documentation Management Skills
11) PMP Certificate is Preferred
12) Strong Personal Character to Work Under Pressure

Job Description:
1) Participate in Pre-Sales Activities with Sales Team for Solution Design and Proof of Concept
2) Plan Project Activities, Tasks, Test Plan, Resources, to Meet Project Deliveries, Schedule, Cost
3) Manage Multiple Projects Concurrently
4) Conduct Project Review Meetings with Internal Team and External Customers
5) Establish Effective Communication with Internal and Customer Team
6) Create Test Plan and Acceptance Report for Project Closure
7) Create and Maintain Up-to-Date Project Documents, Specifications, SOWs
8) Conduct Test According to Acceptance Criteria and Test Plan
9) Manage Change Requests and Assess Risk
10) Maintain Working Reports in Timely Manner
11) Keep up Up-to-Date Knowledge of Company Products and Offerings
12) Resourceful to Analyze and Resolve Quality Issues
13) Business Travel is Required
