Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provides leadership for quality system development, improvement programs and/or projects involving department or cross-functional teams
2. Develops and implements support systems and procedures/processes for managing quality records and documents
3. Coaches team members in the application of quality tools and concepts
4. Provides training on key quality processes, tools and systems
5. Helps to evaluate and revise procedures to ensure practices at KC Shanghai Office are in compliance with company quality systems and applicable government regulations
6. Assures compliance to internal and external standards such as FDA QSR, ISO 13485 requirements
7. Performs audits to confirm quality system effectiveness
8. Ensures that established procedures are followed
9. Maintains the KC Shanghai Document Centre
10. Helps to coordinate KC Shanghai Supplier Management Team Management Reviews

Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor of Arts, Science or Management with at least 5 years hands on experience in managing quality systems and document control in a multinational organization
2. Be able to write procedures in English
3. Ability to professionally translate English documents to Chinese language and vice-versa
4. Excellent English oral and written communication skills
5. Highly organised and have the aptitude for maintaining good document filing system so that documents can be easily retrieved as required
6. Have to be practical while still be able to maintain compliance
7. Must have ISO 13485 quality systems certificate
8. Preferably have been trained on FDA QSR and carrying out quality audits
