岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1.协助营运副总裁做好国际业务部的整体运行，完成副总裁制定的工作任务与指标。
2.积极有效地和各关联公司及公司内各关联团队保持高效的沟通。
3.协助营运副总裁按照集团公司统一的国际物流管理的标准化及部分地方化的要求，对物流的控制及监管。
4.保障客户满意度，做好CRM客户关系管理。
5.保障OTIF发货率，做到无投诉。
6.高效监控订单的操作，严控空运费用。使由于本部门工作失误而导致的空运费用为0 。
7.保持与海关，CIQ的良好公共关系。
8.积极跟进海关进出口的最新政策，准确理解政策含义，保证公司享受进出口税收的最大收益。
9.负责公司进口货务及设备的顺畅清关及报验手续；
10.负责出口订单的准确及时的录入及订单交期的及时确认；
11.负责进出口业务单据的及时准确.

教育背景Education Background
国际贸易，国际物流或企业管理等相关专业，大学本科以上学历

工作知识及经验：Job know-how
具备非常丰富的国际贸易，国际物流相关知识及实践经验
熟悉进出口工作的全部流程
生产型企业背景，多年外资企业工作经验

3.较强的商务谈判技巧
4.要求具备很强的责任心，能够承担工作压力

ColArt Tianjin is a joint venture company of the ColArt Group of which the ColArt Group own the significant majority (90%). The Company manufactures artists’ and childrens’ colour products for the Chinese and international markets and distributes the ColArt brands within China.
 
Operating out of a highly developed and extended manufacturing operation in the Nankai District of Tianjin, ColArt Tianjin has grown rapidly since the joint venture partnership was established between ColArt Fine Art & Graphics Ltd and Tianjin Art Pigment Factory in 1997.
