Business Support Assistant/销售行政专员

Business Support

• Assist in regional sales data collection and analysis, including sales weekly plan, marketing information, SI/ST report, sales individual efficiency report, TPPs and store opening status, etc.
• Assist RSM in sales team daily business, including products allocation, sales achieve rate, sales order payment and shipment tracking, inventory inquiry, etc.
• Assist the Business Support Officer in calculating national and special rebate; result feedback and reply customer inquiry.
• Provide support in distributor contract renew, rebate transfer, distributor account control.
• Provide timely information updating of sales team and distributors (e.g. sales contact list, GAD list, distributor AOP).
• Coordinate with the relevant function departments (e.g. HR, CS, Finance, and Logistics) to solve the problems occurred in the business operation process.
• Respond to the request from headquarters regarding information collection and transmission and processing

Admin Support

• Ensure all sales logistics go smoothly (e.g. air ticket booking, sales travel arrangement, etc).
• Provide support in all kinds of meetings arrangement, including sales weekly review meeting, national saes conference, new product launch, distributor annual conference, etc.
• Office admin support if required.

Requirement

• At least 1-2 years secretarial / assistant experience in multinational companies
• Bachelor degree, business admin, economics, trade or related major will be plus- Business-minded, self-motivated, responsible, willing to work under pressure, a proactive problem solver and team player.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Excellent capability in MS Office, especially in excel for data analysis.
• Must be careful, detailed, perceptive and good with numbers.
