岗位职责：

1. To assist and support the Manufacturing Manager-Tianjin Operation to achieve the company business and operations target in term of EHS, Quality, On time delivery, Productivity, Cost and OPEX plans.



2. To be involved in the order quotation process to foresee and plan the capacity and resource to achieve the delivery requirement



3. To provide the leadership and direction within manufacturing department and implement programs to improve the organization performance excellence and employee’s awareness of safety, quality and discipline, etc.



4. To work with Production Control team to make the monthly/weekly plan with available capacity, resource and possible sub-contracting activities



5. To manage, execute and control the daily operation and work with related department to solve the issue within the required time frame to secure the planned target



6. To follow up and control the agreed spending budget



7. To train, coach, motivate and develop the subordinates to improve their capability and career development plan



任职要求：

- Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese



- Strong leadership and management skill



- Engineering Education from Qualified University Major in related area



- Production background including at least 5 years production experience in heavy industry. i.e. Assembly or Machining or Fabrication condition



- SAP knowledge and proficiency a plus, ERP/MRP systems knowledge a must



- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook a must



- Previous success working as Manufacturing Managers or similar management position as a plus
