Responsibility:
-Work with users to identify , collect and analyze user’s IT system requirements and then assess the needs for and level of customization
-Lead, co-ordinate and monitor application projects. Coordinate IT team and business users on project activities.
-Communicate with business user on application system issues and report status to management. Alert management on any critical issues detected
-Work closely with end user on Business Intelligence system to consolidate and define reports requirement. Build the link between application system and Business Intelligence system
-Manage the support, training and deployment of application system
-Enforce the IT policy and procedure in application support. Monitor and improve the IT internal control.
-Produce and maintain clear and coherent documentation for both IT and business team.
-Liaise with internal and external teammates to define project requirements and tackling gap
-Proposing best fit application to company for long run, with workable & cost effective approach
-Work with all parties to determine the project schedule/timeline with different milestones and deliverables at different stages
-Work with IT people to determine the application requirements; also work out the data security, data backup policy, system manual, contingency plan for recovery and restoration

Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree, preferably in Computer Science of Information Systems; Lead the Planning, Implementation of Projects; with at least 5 years proven working experience
-3+ years hands-on working experience of MS AX2009&2012 platform/architect design/X++ coding
-Solid ERP implementation/consulting experiences like AX , SAP, Oracle, Manhattan， similar products
-Complete understanding of Fashion / Luxury industry business requirements
-Domain knowledge and work experience in MS SQL , Oracle ,Sybase or network related area is highly preferred
-Preferable working experience and knowledge of IT operation in foreign companies
-Eager to learn and ready to support others
-Excellent understanding of project management & controlling procedures
-Strong communication and collaboration skill within team, customers and suppliers.
-Fluent Chinese and English both in written and spoken
