Job Description:
Data gathering, analysis and reporting for GSD SC scope. Interacts with cross-functional teams to ensure the reports are sent as per the timelines. Develops metrics, translate the gaps into recommendations and reporting the same to key stakeholders for appropriate action. Recommends and implements process improvements. Key metric for this role is reporting and analytical exposure. Success is determined based on accuracy, on time rate , productivity as well as stakeholders’ feedback
Activities:
? Data Analytics, Metrics Development, Management and Reporting
? Drive data analytics into the organization to help business make data-driven decisions. Generation of operational analysis reports to reflect service activities, cost and comparison trends, in support of Cost Reduction efforts in HP Technology Services
? Participate in improvement projects and deliver domain contribution as per timeline
? Identify strategic initiatives/improvements, document and facilitate delivery of enhancements
? Keep close cooperation with upstream/downstream team on work flow operation and optimization
? Make operation link with SC related domain teams for profession insight and analysis
Qualifications:
? Bachelor in Science/Business Administration (Operations/Supply Chain)
? 2~4 years working experience in data analysis, reporting or related SC operation environment. Leader role on small team is preferred.
? Independent decision making skill on complex situation
? Strong English communication skills through: email, phone or face to face
? Good logical thinking, sensitive with data
? An operational thought process and the ability to “get things done” with an ability to think laterally and challenge norms
? Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive results
? Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications and databases (Excel Pivots, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc)
? Flexible work hours (after hour conference calls)
? Understanding/Knowledge of SAP system is preferred
? Excel power pivot, DAX expressions preferred
