KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a key role in new project planning, designing, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
• Oversee the new business from start to smooth implementation and accountable for the entire process
• Ensure that planned activities are move forward on-time according to predetermined schedule and make revisions when needed
• Develop the goals of each and assign individual responsibilities independently
• Able to analysis the root cause of operational issues and providing solutions/ recomendations to improve efficiences and assess the risk.
• Understand and represent the client’s interest and well communicate within both internal and external
• Communicate effectively with the sub-contractors’ responsible for completing various phases of the project and monitoring them to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Maintain strict adherence to the guidelines, quality and safety standards.
• Responsible a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management, cost accounting, time control and bill addressing.

REQUIREMENT:

• University Degree or above, major in logistics is preferred
• Thorough safety standards is essential and knowledge of legal issue is preferred
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
• Ability to plan and organize a work-team effort
• Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of the work-teams
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Able to act as multi-faceted role of the person managing projects
• Capacity to handle pressure
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country
• Strong acumen of business and diplomatic ability
• Experienced logistics operation or manufacturing background

Must-Have Skills

• Driving license
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oprational projects management
