职位描述
Accountabilities:
? Consolidate the Customer Care Contact list (includes Sub-Team Lead/Regional Members of the Customer Care Team as nominated by CCSV/HKG, Regional CSV Managers).
? Maintain the list on the BCO Team Site and keep the list up-to-date.
? Set up and maintain the CSV SOP on Core BCO team sites and on My OOCL Center (MOC/ CCSC), to update regional CSU/ DOC list on ooclwiki.
? Communicate and coordinate with respective Sales and Customer Care Team Members on the implementation of the CSV SOP.
? Create CargoSmart/MOC accounts for the customer's organization, with a default set of settings
? Prepare Global and Regional versions of the "Welcome Package" and share with the respective Customer Care Team Members for sending to the BCOs' local contacts/3PLs.
? Prepare proactive scorecards and liaise with regions for the fact finding as required content in the scorecard.
? To generate report to support customer analysis in line with Lead CSU requirements, e.g. trunk vessel delay report, rolling forecast performance, Transit Time Performance
Requirements:
? Fluent English, both oral and written
? Bachelor degree preferably in Logistics, Business or related
? Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry
? 1+ year work experience in customer and territory management is preferred
? Problem-solving and negotiation skills
? Skillful communication with internal and external
? Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patience
? Strong PC skills required (Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
