SUMMARY:
Key roles and responsibilities of the Senior Analyst, CBRE Hotels are to:
I. Generate business for hotel related consultancy services.
II. Work with the CBRE Hotels team to collect data, information analysis, service existing clients, nurture client relationships.
III.Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of assignments.
IV. Carry out any other assignments as directed by the Executive Director, CBRE Hotels, Asia or the Senior Consultant (as the case may be).
REQUIREMENTS:
·Written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) required.
·Essential educational or professional qualifications include:
· a tertiary qualification, preferably either in finance, business, real estate or a tourism related discipline
· experience in hotel operations and/or hotel transaction
·Writing skills and an analytical mind. Specifically, the ability to articulate and encapsulate in a summary the mitigating factors, risks and returns of a property being considered for acquisition or disposition and to set out the financial returns expected from the course of action chosen.
·A high degree of mathematical skills and the ability to run both sensitivity and discounted cash flow analyses on future income flows as well as a sound knowledge of the methodology of property investment analysis generally.
·Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
