Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical support to call center, field service network for all Honeywell connected home products and service by telephone, email and other tools.
2. Technical training to call center, field service network for all Honeywell connected home products and service。
3. Field service quality monitor, analyze, feed-back and quality solution implement
4. Edit technical document, repair tips, FAQ and etc.
5. Technical management work.
6. Other responsibilities as required.
Requirement
Knowledge & Skill
1. College degree or above in mechanical, electronic or related engineering degree.
2.3+ years in after-sales service technical and training working experience or production engineering, quality working experience in home appliance manufacturing factory. Air purifier or water purifier industry experience is preferred.
3. Good cross function communication skills and customer service sense.
4. Team work and able to travel domestically.
Tools and Equipment Used
1. Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
2. Good English both on verbal and written.

2. 组织实施对服务热线、全国维修网络的霍尼韦尔智能家居全系列产品及服务的技术培训、产品培训
3. 维修信息质量监控、质量分析、质量反馈及质量改进措施在售后服务领域的实施工作
4. 编辑维修指导书、FAQ等技术文档
5. 技术管理工作
6. 其它要求的工作
Requirement

1.大专及以上学历，机械、电子或相关工程专业
2.3年以上售后服务行业技术支持、培训与质量工作，或者家电生产工厂工艺、质量工作经验。具空气净化器、净水器行业从业经验更佳
3.良好的跨部门沟通能力和顾客服务意识
4.团队工作意识，能国内出差
