职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, taking into account corresponding interfaces; have an overview about relevant HR processes, changes and project requests.
? Major point of contact for managers and HR//BP as well as candidates within the recruiting process; handle individual, complex inquirieswhich cannot be solved by Front Office Associates or Recruiting Assistants as they require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy interpretation.
? Support managers on all aspects of the recruiting process, including a compliant use of the applicants tracking system; ensure high level of data integrity.
? Responsible for developing, recommending and executing appropriate sourcing strategies such as internet job boards, cold calling, networking, resume mining, third parties, networks, job fairs and university recruiting to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates.
? Consult manager on job description to reach a common understand of responsibilities and requirements to ensure accuracy of job posting, the right choice of sourcing strategy as well as additional cost estimates.
? Perform behavioural, competency and skill-based interview (e.g. in person, over the phone, online, tests, etc.) to assess candidate qualifications against agreed selection criteria; make recommendations on well qualified candidates and provide relevant information on forwarded candidates.
? Make the well-balanced offer proposal(internal & external) and negotiate the offer with the candidates and follow issues(eg. background check,etc.) until candidates report to work.
? Familiar with external market situation; Based on necessary internal analysis & external market updates to enhance service quality to internal customers.
? Sell Bayer as the employer of choice to external candidates to attract the best talents for the company; ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the whole recruiting process (Source&Screen, Select&Offer, Onboarding).
Qualification:
? University degree in Psychology, HR Sciences (or related) or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources and over 3 years of work experience. Alternatively an equivalent progressive experience across core HR functions in the position of a Recruiting Assistant for several years.
? Strong working knowledge of Recruitment for 2+ years.
? Desirable is HR Services experience and experience of working within international teams.
? Strong understanding of employment law and of the regulatory guidelines related to sourcing and selection.
? Demonstrated expertise using resume databases, internet search tools,
and/or social networking to find the best candidate.
? Ability to interact with and support all levels of management and business partners.
? Team player with willingness to take on responsibility while delivering timely customer service.
? Demonstrated expertise in implementing strategies around diversity recruiting, or specific outreach to functional specialties.
? Ability to exercise strong judgment in difficult situations.
? Knowledge of key major HR processes, systems and corresponding interfaces as well as knowledge of the global and local Bayer HR policies.
? Being a team player who is able to support change and motivate others
? High degree of reliability and motivation
? Experience of necessary tools (e.g. SAP eRecruiting tool, SAP Customer Relationship Management), labor law know-how
? Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form, plus local / regional language requirements.
? Outstanding computer skills in a Microsoft environment
