Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers
• Responsible for team’s sales performance, service standards, operation and compliance standards
• Required to lead in networking events, perform daily one on one coaching, performance measurement and conduct regular performance review to lift team’s sales performance
• Create a competitive, fair and positive work environment to cultivate team spirit
• Motivate, lead and encourage team members to work towards achieving team’s targets
• Participate in strategic business planning and guide team in the implementation of acquisition initiatives successfully

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in retail banking with good sales performance.
• Solid knowledge on financial field, selling skills, banking products, regulatory, etc.
• Hands-on experience in presentation or conduct training in public.
• Strong leadership and proficient in communication with internal and external colleagues.
• Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese).
