岗位职责：1、给客户提供相关产品知识的培训，解决客户在设备使用和应用过程中可能遇到的问题。
2、和公司销售或市场部门协同工作以及分析和研究客户的需求，产品竞争态势的分析等。
3、为客户提供产品和Demo或机台设备的安全调试和维护等。
4、根据客户的产品和应用开发相应应用技术以满足客户对机台设备的使用要求。


岗位要求：
电子类专业学士或硕士，半导体物理相关知识背景；
有使用设备进行失效分析和半导体工艺的良率提升等相关工作经验；
具备使用光学设备进行电路的鼓掌观测等相关经验；
性格开朗，乐观易于合作，具备团队协作精神，能适应外地出差；

Job Description:
? Interface with new and existing customers to provide training as well as resolve complex problems and determine actions required to solve the problems.
? Work with sales and product marketing to investigate customer requirements, competitive situations and changes in market conditions.
? Perform customer demonstrations and support equipment installations.
? Diagnose, repair and improve tool performance.
? Develop new applications and techniques.
Job Requirement:
? Bachelor or above with major in electrical engineering, physics or related field.
? Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and exercise reasonable judgment without supervision.
? Knowledge of Semiconductor Device Physics
? Knowledge of electrical faults and Experience in Semiconductor Failure Analysis
? Knowledge of semiconductor device testing.
Performance Skills:
? Ability to communicate in English, oral and written.
? Ability to travel.
? Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and problem solve
