工作描述:
本职位隶属于技术应用与测试部，向部门经理汇报工作。主要工作是：完成公司新产品新项目的测试，完成公司产品出厂前的机电联调，保证产品的质量。本职位需要较强的学习能力、动手能力、观察分析判断能力，良好的沟通能力和归纳总结能力，较高的责任心和上进心。

工作职责:
1. 全面深刻了解公司产品的原理，各部分的构成和功能；
2. 完成公司新产品、新功能的测试；
3. 撰写测试计划、测试用例、测试报告，及时归纳和反映测试中的问题；
4. 积累测试经验，对测试中的常见问题提出合理建议；
5. 保持与开发工程师沟通与协作；
6. 按时完成任务，撰写工作报告，及时汇报工作；
7. 不断学习，掌握最新的技术信息，努力提高技术水平并应用于工作实践；
8. 不断提高英文书写和口头表达能力；
9. 承担临时分配的工作；

任职要求:
1. 工作积极主动，认真负责；
2. 通过大学英语四级考试，有一定的英语听说读写能力；
3. 良好的团队意识，能与他人很好的配合共同解决问题；
4. 有机电一体化相关测试经验者优先；
5. 能独立担任工作，技术娴熟；
6. 善于观察和分析，具有较强的动手能力；
7. 遵守公司的规章制度，诚实可靠，服从工作安排，按时完成工作。


Job Description
Report to manager of technical department. Responsibilitis include complete machine testing before stock out, quality control. Must have strong capabilities of fast learning, practicing, observing, and judging. Good communication, induction and summarization skills, plus high responsibilities and aggressiveness.

Job responsibilities
1 Fully understand products principle, constitution and functions
2 Complete new products and functions testing.
3 Write testing plan, checklist, and report , conclude and report technical issues and bugs during testing.
4 Accumulate testing technique and experiences, provide reasonable suggestion for common technical issues observed during testing.
5 Maintain good communication and collaboration with R&D
6 Fullfil the tasks, complete work report in timely manner,
7 Continuously learning, possess the latest technical information, improve technical skills and apply to the practice.
8 Keep improving English speaking and writing skill.
9 Be able to undertake the task with short notice.
