POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for relative measurement and metrology equipment maintenance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Complete usual measurement according to plan
2. Attend the APQP program team and be responsible for the dimension plan and measurement of the equipment, fixture, gage and product
3. Assist the maintenance and improvement of laboratory measurement system according to ISO/TS16949 and ISO/IEC17025
4. Responsible for the record, archiving of measurement result and report submission
5. Responsible for the daily maintenance of measurement equipment, fixture and tool
6. Complete the relative and temporary assigned job

QUALIFICATION
1. College or above, major in relative test , measurement ,mechanical engineering
2. Minimum two years’ experience in automotive industry and CMM measurement, good MSA analysis competence.
3. Zeiss CMM G2 measurement experience strongly preferred.
4. Good competence of reading and understanding English drawing
5. Capable of basic English oral communication.
6. Team worker ,strict and honest working attitude

1. 按计划完成日常测量工作
2. 参与新项目前期质量策划( APQP)小组，负责测量设备，工装 ，检具和产品的策划和测量
3. 根据 ISO/TS16949 及ISO/IEC17025 标准的要求，协助对实验室测量室质量体系的维护和改进
4. 负责准备测量结果的记录归档并提交报告
5. 按照要求对测量设备/ 工具/ 工装的日常保养
6. 完成相关临时指派任务

岗位基本要求
1. 专科以上学历，相关测试、测量，机械工程类专业
2. 至少有2年以上汽车和CMM测量工作经验，良好的MSA分析能力
3. 有蔡司CMM G2测量经验者优先
4. 熟练阅读与理解英文图纸
5. 有基本的英语口语交流能力
6. 具体团队工作精神和严谨、诚实的工作态度
