BUSINESS TITLE: Logistics Officer 物流专员
REPORT TO: Logistics Supervisor
WORK LOCATION: Jiading, Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Deal with shipping documents in the goods to be received to SMC China by both marketing business and local production. Arrange the procedure of the custom clearance with the agents in time and follow up with the schedule.

2. Provide the correct information of the description, commercial category and the HS to be applied for the declaration to the agents with the goods what to be received. Communicate with the internal consignees and external customer with any unclear information to ensure the declaration is made full legally and logically.

3. Preparing the document for the import and export process which required to be applied from SMC region.

4. Supervising the agents/suppliers to follow the efficient process agreed by both SMC and those service parties to ensure the period of the custom clearance under more effective without any unreasonable delay to be presented.

5. Cooperate with the supplies or the agents to provide the necessary document to the finance department in order to place the payments for import & export.

6. Carry out closed communicating with warehouse operation staffs and the external consignees in order to pick up the stock receiving timely and correctly.

7. Summarize monthly report of shipping information. Manage the transportation company and control the shipping cost.

8. Ensure all the shipping is safety and book assurance for finish goods/parts.

Qualifications：

1. Majoring in Logistics, Economics, or equivalent
2. Quick to learn and to adapt;
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office, such as excel, word, etc.
4. Good command of both oral and written English.
