Key areas of responsibility
1.Working with sourcing Manager to follow up the sourcing projects.
2.Sourcing suppliers according to customer requirement .Negotiating price , delivery time, even quality issue with supplier and report to Sourcing manager to make decision.
3.Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
4.Follow up the development timing with the support of quality department. Push suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
5.Monitor all purchasing administration duties : maintain pricing in the system, keying PO, RM price tendency price follow up, keep up to date supplier information, benchmark….
6.Be responsible for export and import.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Material field
2.0-2 year experience in manufacturing company sourcing department , supplier base for mechanical parts such as aluminum casting, hot forging, stampin个. College student is OK.
3.Ability to adapt to high pressure environment and managing several projects at the same time
4.Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
5.Good analysis skills and organizational skills
6.Proficient in Excel
7.Ability to discuss technical requirements based on drawings and present results in clear way for easy decision taking will be appreciated.
