职位描述
Responsibility:
? Develop product positioning and messaging new products in China market;
? Translate and localize existing marketing documents developed in headquarters for new product launch in China ;
? Product launch-plan develop - the regional launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
? Collect input from internal (sales, Services, Training) groups as well as customers; Aggregate and prioritize requirements, and provide them to the product developing team;
? Analyze Market intelligence of competitors, similar products;
? Communicate the value proposition of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that support the selling process of our products ;
? Assisting the product manager in formulating the Annual Business Plans including product strategies, product mix and marketing mix;
? Tracking of brand performance and development with timely recommendations to maximize portfolio contribution;
? Work closely with the sales team in understanding the market trend and develop programs/new products and supports relevant to the market needs;
? Close communication with Asia Pacific Area Marketing team in getting alignment with Area initiatives and guidelines;
? Analyze market data with reports and recommendations for decision making;
? Prepare product documents including Market requirement documents and product use cases to drive product activity;
? Weekly analyze brands/products contribution and continuously review the brands/products performance;
? Work with training division to develop new product training/sales plan;
? Manage and communicate with cross functional teams;
? New products evaluation and suggestion;
? Products lifecycle management
Qualification:
? Native Chinese with ability to communicate in verbal and written English
? Bachelor degree or above, MBA degree and overseas background are strongly preferred.
? 5 years of product marketing or product management experience is required
? Job requires strong business acumen but also excellent communications and people skills
? Strong analytical, strategic and project management skills
? Detail oriented with focus on delivering results
? Comfortable to work with Excel and Power Point
