Our Global Finance team has an exciting opportunity for a result-oriented individual to join us as an AR Collector, Shanghai. Driving value for the Group is central to what we do in Global Finance and we want to be the key contact for both commercial and professional advice. The key responsibility for the successful hire includes maximize the collection while minimize the potential credit risk and as well as to provide Credit service to internal/external customer by delivering effective and efficient manner.

Main responsibilities:

1． Achieve or improve the company’s DSO target.

2． Work with the functional members in the Finance, Sales group to establish and implement a debt collection plan, strategy and process.

3． Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers to facilitate debt collection

4． Submit a monthly receivables report detailing the status of each outstanding payment, as well as the required action items to resolve payment issues.

5． establish a database of customer credit worthiness and payment track records, and work with the Sales and other functional team to minimize the occurrences of unpaid invoices.？

Pre-requisites:

1, College degree or above in finance, accounting or equivalent

2, 3+ years solid related (AR collection) working experience is must

3, Detail-oriented, self-starter, prioritize assignment and work independently
