天津招聘

岗位职责：
1、负责新产品阶段质量过程控制，确认检验规范的可行性和适用性、检验工装的可操作性以及检测手段的适宜性
2、对生产过程中原材料，过程，成品所有质量问题的在线监控,解决; 运用品管七工具及SPC统计技术对质量进行分析
3、主导处理客户投诉，对不良品进行分析，提供有效纠正措施，并对质量改善措施进行跟踪确认
4、编制过程/成品检验规范，制定标准样件并对检验员进行培训
5、整理并制作质量月报及统计分析质量报告
6、对外部门进行智力输出和质量专业知识的支持

任职资格：
1、大学本科学历，机械制造类相关专业；工作3年以上
2、在医疗或汽车等相关制造业从事质量管理三年以上工作经验
3、熟练使用 SPC,QC七大工具对生产制程进行合理有效的分析和品质管控
4、熟悉进货，制程检验流程,并编制产品检验规格，检验程序，控制计划
5、熟悉各种测量工具的使用:扫描电子显微镜,投影测量仪,千分尺，游标卡尺等
6、能够阅读机械图纸

其它要求：
1、英语四级水平以上（能用英语沟通听说能力）
2、能熟练使用Word, excel , power-point等办公应用软件，网上收发E-mail
3、熟悉Minitab软件的应用
