-For our Function Share Service we are looking for a Reporting Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Preparing GL entries and perform month end closing
- Monitor closing status covering AR / AP / Bank / Cash
- Upload and convert the SAP data into Esprit, fix the errors in the process

- Esprit vs. SAP data reconciliation, Find the difference and eliminate the difference
- Participate in external and internal auditing
- Review the business and process with customer, make the process more efficiency and comply with SOA’s requirement
- Ad hoc

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor in accounting or Finance
-Typically 2-3 years experience in GL from MNC companies
- Be familiar with PRC GAAP /
- SAP (other ERP system where applicable) knowledge
- Fluent English both Writing and Speaking
- Techonolgy: Ms Office & Powerpoint
- Methodology: time management, multi-tasking & data management
- Communication skills and problem solving skills
