Responsibilities:
Social Media Support (15%)
?Support Hong Kong and Taiwan teams with compiling a Facebook calendar, managing Facebook requests and platform updates.
?Manage weekly update and maintenance of Michael Kors Douban and Youku platforms.
?Identify and engage new tactical media platforms, while staying abreast of industry news and competitive research.
Marketing Key Initiatives Planning (10%)
?Alongside Manager, plan monthly product pushes and related marketing activities / social media initiatives to support seasonal floor sets.
?Collaborate with Digital & Social Executive and Digital & Social Editor to fine-tune content calendar to ensure social and marketing calendar synchronization.
Online Marketing (20%)
?Support on online marketing tactics: SEO, SEM, banner advertising, and affiliate marketing. Continue to monitor performance against plans and adjust media mix accordingly.
?Routine update of brand libraries, forums, BBS.
Media and Influencer Relations (30%)
?Support on media and influencer co-op projects, including negotiations, media planning, management and optimization of digital media projects.
?Develop, foster, and expand community and brand advocacy through blogger and influencer outreach efforts.
Site Management (20%)
?Serve as key stakeholder of China Product Information Site and responsible for liaising with Global E-Commerce Team to update platform on a seasonal basis while ensuring site functionality enhances user experience.
?Along with Digital & Social Editor, co-manage all content uploading and updating of Digital Destination Kors Content Site.
?Work with designated team on the Destination Kors CMS Development for Global Markets as it relates to translation and localization
Administrative Tasks (5%)
?Support on contracts, payments, bookkeeping and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
?Highly engaged in the social media world
?Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask effectively
?Thrive in a fast paced on-time deliverable environment
?Strong insightful analytical skills and good business acumen
?Creative and proactive communication skills, fluent in English
?Bachelor's Degree required
