General Responsibilities:

Be responsible for day to day operation management in the region

Be responsible for the accomplishment of budget /KPI set by the company

Act as the delegate of the company to maintain the relationship with carriers at local level with appropriate seniority

Participant the commercial role when communicate with overseas and clients

Participant in the product building process

To create and prompt the positive team spirit

Detailed Responsibilities:

-Be responsible for day to day operation management in the region

Set up internal scorecard to improve team productivity, quality and efficiency

Set KPI for contractors and monitor the progress

Work with Q/C and F/A for data quality improvement

Give training and coach to team member when it is necessary

Follow up with supervisors ensure all business is carried out according to DSV standard and policies

-Be responsible for the accomplishment of budget /KPI set by the company

Monitor, adjust to appropriate actions in order to achieve maximum profit and best performance

-Act as the delegate of the company to maintain the relationship with carriers at local level with appropriate seniority

To have close communication with carrier group and local carrier office for space and utilization

To obtain local spot deal from carriers where necessary

-Participant the commercial role when communicate with overseas and clients

To have professional communication with overseas office/agent and clients if any service issues to achieve utmost customer satisfaction

Problem solving and trouble shooting

-Participant in the product building process

Provide professional advices to product team

Participant in the implementation of the new product, feedback to product team

Qualifications

Ocean freight, transportation or logistics Management skill

College degree above

10 years industry experiences, 3 years on management role

Open minded, self discipline
