职位描述
Accountabilities
- Assist Senior Transition Manager in assist initializing and planning projects, developing project cost structure, tracking and reporting project deliverables, managing risk, applying project management processes and tools and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction in the related field
- Facilitating effective communication and working relationships within the transition team, related MP, Client team, and 3rd party suppliers/interfaces
- Identifying and planning for dependencies of deliverables with other project Teams under the guidance of Senior Transition Manager
- Tracking and creation of the action plan for the identified risks, issues and gaps of the project
- Scheduling and delivering status reports, internal risk management procedures, change management procedures, issue management procedures, problem management procedures and quality management procedures under Senior Transition Manager's guidance
- Development of the End to End Transition solution through each step of the process under Senior Transition Manager's guidance
- Developing and realizing the transition strategy, knowledge transfer approach, timeline, and costing based on client requirements and functional transition standard methodologies.
- Documenting the transition solution within the proposal response document that is delivered to the client
- Developing and delivering formal client presentations under the instruction of Senior Transition Manager
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
- Minimum University Degree
- Accounting Designation
- MBA would be beneficial
Experience
- 2 years management experience is must
- 3 - 5 years experience in Finance background
- 6 sigma certificate would be beneficial
- Experience in change management would be beneficial
Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Good Transition Experience in Finance and Accounting process
- Good business acumen with ability to synthesize creative solutions and consulting capability
- Skills for streamlined & integrated organization
- Very good knowledge of Account to Report processes
- Good communication presentation skills - verbal and written with English and Mandarin
- Good thinking and problem solving skills,
- Service oriented mindset and Displays Good ownership
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with key customers and business contacts
- Leadership and Project Management skills
- Result oriented leadership/Highly capable in building teams
- Able to use Project Process Management tools like MS Project MS Visio
- Understanding and alignment to SAP, 5S,workflow,
