岗位职责：
1， 对于进出口的货品，准确翻译品名，归类HS码，制作箱单，合同，发票等相关单据。
2， 协调货代，报关行及物流公司，确保进口货物及时清关及出口货物准时离港。
3， 向商检申请临时进口电器产品免3C认证，及运用保税物流园进行转口业务操作。
4， 与生产部门协调，制定并发放生产单和物料采购订单，并追综订单的执行情况。
5， 货物订舱，及费用结算。定期审核物流供应商，控制并优化物流成本及物流风险。


技能要求：.
1，熟悉海关，商检及货代进出口的法律法规及工作流程。　
2， 有货代，物流，进出口方面业务操作经验；独立完成进出口业务流程。报关，清关，税务，熟悉货代及物流工作流程及业务；持有报关证优先考虑。
3， 生产计划及物流采购工作经历。5年及以上工作经历，生产制造企业工作经历优先考虑.有关于BOM 和ERP系统的知识。
4， 正规大学本科及以上学历，具有学士学位，国贸及相关专业。
5， 英语六级以上， 熟练用英语进行口头及书面交流。能够与美国，欧洲的同事进行电话会议。
6， 具有较强的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，适应快节奏工作；具有团队意识，工作耐心仔细。

Job description:
1, For the import and export products, translate the name and category to the proper HS code ,make packing list, contract, invoice and relevant documentation
2, Coordinate with logistic agent, custom broker and forwarder, to make sure the products could be imported or exported in time.
3, Apply for 3C exemption certificate from commodity inspection bureau and utilize the bonded area to operate the transit trade business.
4, Coordinate with production to release the production order and material purchase order , trace the status of the order implementation.
5, Cargo booking and charge payment. Audit the logistic chain to control and optimize the logistic cost and risk.

Skill requirement
1，Good knowledge about laws or regulations of custom, commodity inspection bureau and their working
procedure.
2，Experiences of working in a logistic, import and export trade or a custom broker company, Be able to deal
with the import and export cases independently. Familiar with the procedure of custom clearance, tax
payment and all documentation preparation for whole procedure of import and export. Certification of
custom clearance is preferred.
3, A manufacture company working background, at least 5 years experience of production plan , purchasing and
logistic .Knowledge of BOM and ERP system is prefered..
4,CET-6 or above ,Fluent English speaking and writing, Be able to communicate with colleagues in USA and
Europe in English through phone call or Video conference.
5, University graduates with bachelor degree, major in import and export area.
6,Strong ability of communication and be able to work under high pressure and fast step environment, team work
spirit , Patient and precise working attitude.
