Accountabilities:
1. Check port disbursement payables with shipping agents
2. Check and submit the proforma of agent commission by vel/voy
3. Check and reconcile daily ARS collections
4. Custody of cash and bank accounts
5. Prepare daily cash and bank balance report to principal
6. Prepare weekly payment report
7. Arrange the admin affair (apartment, courier, stationery, hotel,air ticket, etc.)
8. Other AP and Admin issues designated by supervisors


Essential Qualifications:
1) Degree: At least Junior College
2) English: Good command in English or CET 4 is preferred
3) Computer: Windows office software
