Accountabilities
? Check and accept cheque/ remittance from customers;
? Collect cash, and hand over to bank;
? To issue the cheque / remittance to vendors;
? Prepare petty cash to pay office expense/staff claim/staff advance;
? To check and ensure cash in hand safety;
? To clear all AR/AP record in A/C system in time;;
? Prepare accounting vouchers and input into system including RMF-HGH ;
? Submit daily bank summary report/weekly dank summary report;
? Check the concern e-mail message, and respond within same day;
? To print and bind up all accounting vouchers of RMF-NGB/HGH for filing;
? To check against bank statement by weekly;
? Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement;
? Assist A/C manager if any.

Essential Qualification
1.Degree: College
2.Experience:1-2 years experience in financial/accounting related.
3.Computer: skilled
