Specific Job/Technical
-University Degree In Accounting Related Major
-Good Communications in English (Oral and Writing)
-Proficient in Advanced Excel
-At least 3 year relevant working experiences with multinational companies
Accounting related certificate.
Key Responsibilities
A. Identify and suggest improvements to administration processes and procedures. Assist Co-ordinator/ managers with the implementation of new administrative processes and procedures within the team.
B.Ensures documentation/data/information and tasks relevant to the individual are planned, evaluated and processed in ac cordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
C. Review & analyse data to provide management information/statistics, including the identification and reporting of process failures, to support the overall delivery of processes.
D. Deal with complex queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate, including resolution of service problems.
E. To coach other team members, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
F. Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints.
Specific Job Responsibilities
1.Coordinate HR and payroll outsourcing company for monthly payroll calculation and dispatch
2.Coordinate with office admins and tax agency for IIT calculation and tax reporting.
3.Good communication with payroll colleagues in other countries to make the home payroll process smoothly.
4.Work with FA team to provide personal costs of budget/forecast.
5.Well control of payroll procedure, to guarantee timing and accurateness.
5.Prepare and Review payroll dispatch journals in JDE for All branches/HQ, accrue payroll related costs in the monthly closing.
6.Work with Group Finance and HR to settle CGS and TER process.
7.Prepare salary, IIT, pension report to meet the requirements from auditor and other third parties
8.Other Ad Hoc financial analysis report as required
